This was a three years project funded by CDC. it operated between 2014 and 2017. it aimed at providing care and treatment to People Living with HIV (PLHIV). The services included HIV test and treaty, retention, referrals, tracking lost to follow up, family economic strengthening, health and nutrition, psychosocial, social and spiritual care, shelter, education on stigma and discrimination.
